Shipping Policy

At Los Flexi, we understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner, which is why we strive to process your order quickly. Please note that once the shipping process has begun, we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Orders placed on weekends will be processed for shipping the following Monday.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental US via standard ground service. Additional fees (about $50 – $160) apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Florida Keys, islands with or without bridge access, and Canada. Please contact customer service for specific delivery locations. Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Where Does Los Flexi Deliver?

We ship orders to all 50 states and Washington D.C. in the U.S., from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. To maintain tax compliance in your state, Los Flexi cannot re-ship items after they have been shipped to the original address on the order.

Delivery Time

Our total delivery time is the combination of our order processing time and shipping time. We typically process orders within 1-2 days, and the shipping period takes about 3-6 working days. Please note, delivery may take longer ( 5 -10 working days ) during peak seasons and promotional sales.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, if you need to ship outside of the US, please contact us and we will find the most suitable and cost-effective shipping route for you. You can also arrange for final delivery with your chosen freight forwarder.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products can be legally imported into the destination country/region. The recipient is the recorded importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country/region. Orders shipped to countries/regions outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees levied by the destination country/region. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region.

Additional customs clearance fees must be borne by the recipient; we cannot control these charges or predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. For shipments to Canada, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable additional fees, such as GST, PST, HST, and brokerage fees, when the package clears customs.

Tracking Your Order

Our delivery time begins from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. We will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is packed. This email contains the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a 1-2 business days to become available.

About Doorstep Delivery

All freight is delivered curbside. Items cannot be unloaded and placed on the driveway, sidewalk, porch, or inside the home.

About Deliver On A Specific Day

Please note that while 90% or more of our customers receive their orders within 2 to 4 business days, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Once UPS or FedEx picks up the package from our warehouse, the package is entirely under their system and control. Delivery times depend on the delivery area of the country/region and specific postal codes, holiday schedules, weather, overall postal traffic, and many other factors beyond our control. Packages may also be lost or damaged, resulting in delays. We strongly advise against scheduling a plumber or contractor until the order is fully delivered.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee and is non-refundable. Rates can be found in the checkout process under “shipping options.” Please note: expedited items do not offer weekend delivery service.

Out of Stock Item

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the following options: choose a different product, cancel the back-ordered product, or have it shipped to you when it becomes available. Your full payment will be processed immediately, and the remaining inventory will be shipped upon purchase. We recommend that customers leave a phone number for easy contact when placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Package

Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies that track the delivery status in real time. However, if there is a delay or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, we sincerely apologize. Here is what we can do:

A. Maintain Communication with Our Service: We ensure that we are aware of the package’s status and will keep in touch with you at all times, updating you about the status of your package.

B. Track Your Goods in Real-Time: If you notice a delay during the shipping process, there are actions we can take. For instance, we can send a replacement package more quickly. Alternatively, if you need the package urgently, you can contact us, and depending on the situation, we might reissue the package using a different shipping method.

Damaged Products

We accept full responsibility for products that are defective due to incorrect packaging or obvious damage upon arrival or during transit. Please inspect the packaging when you receive the goods. If you find any damage, document it when you sign for it. If the items within the package are damaged upon arrival, please send photos to [email protected], and we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf.
